Ingredients : 

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ pound (227 g) mini sweet peppers
¼ cup light mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ clove garlic, crushed
Baguette, for serving
1¼ pounds (567 g) assorted small chicken parts, breasts cut into halves
¼ teaspoon salt
Cooking spray

Directions : 

1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
2. Toss the chicken with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl.
3. Put the chicken and peppers in the basket.
4. Place the basket of the air fryer in Rack Position 2, choose Air Fry, set the temperature to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 20 minutes.
5. At the halfway point, you should flip the chicken and remove the peppers to a platter.
6. At the end of the cooking process, the chicken must be well-browned.
7. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, paprika, and garlic. Stir to fully combine.
8. Before serving, assemble the baguette with chicken and sweet pepper, then coat it with the mayonnaise
mixture.
