Prep Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves 4

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ tablespoon minced ginger
½ cup ketchup
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sherry
½ cup soy sauce
4 chicken breasts, cubed
½ cup pineapple juice
Cooking spray

Directions : 

1. Combine the pineapple juice, cider vinegar, ginger, ketchup, garlic, and sugar in a saucepan. Stir to fully
combine. Heat for five minutes over low heat, or until the sauce has thickened. Sherry and soy sauce are
incorporated.
2. Coat the cubes of chicken with the sauce. Concentrate on immersion. Refrigerate the bowl with plastic
wrap for at least one hour.
3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
4. The chicken should be removed from the marinade and left aside. Remove any extra, then place in the
basket. Make use of a cooking spray.
5. Place the basket of the air fryer in Rack Position 2, choose Air Fry, adjust the temperature to 360 degrees
Fahrenheit (182 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 15 minutes.
6. Flip the chicken cubes while air-frying at least three times.
7. When the chicken cubes are done cooking, they should be coated with a glaze and have a deep brown color.
8. Serve immediately.
