Ingredients : 

1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons apple juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg white
¹⁄₃ cup minced onion
3 tablespoons ground almonds
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound (454 g) ground chicken breast

Directions :

1. Except for the chicken, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing basin and toss well.
2. Mix the chicken breast thoroughly with the apple mixture using your hands.
3. Using eight equal amounts of the ingredients, form patties. Place the patties in the air fryer’s basket.
4. Place the basket of the air fryer in Rack Position 2, choose Air Fry, adjust the temperature to 330
degrees Fahrenheit (166 degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 10 minutes.
5. When chicken is done, a thermometer put into its center should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit
(74 degrees Celsius).
6. The dish is transferred from the oven to a plate. Rest the chicken for five minutes prior to serving
warm.
