Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves 4

Ingredients : 

¹⁄₃ cup whole-wheat pastry flour
Dash sea salt
¹⁄₃ cup unsweetened nondairy milk
¼ cup granola
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla
Cooking spray
½ cup blueberries
¾ teaspoon baking powder
Nondairy yogurt, for topping (optional)

Directions :

1. Apply cooking spray to the baking pan.
2. Combine the baking powder, flour, and salt in a medium bowl. Combine the milk, maple syrup, and
vanilla extract with a whisk.
3. Pour the mixture into the dish that has been prepared. Blueberries and granola are to be sprinkled on
top.
4. Place the baking dish in Position 1 on the rack and select Convection. Bake at 347 degrees Fahrenheit
(175 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes.
5. When done, the top should begin to brown and a knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
6. Allow the cobbler to cool for five minutes before topping it with nondairy yogurt.
