Ingredients :

½ cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ cup quick oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 slices whole-grain bread, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
Cooking spray

Directions :

1. Spray the baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
2. Stir the bananas, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large mixing basin until
thoroughly blended.
3. Stir the bread pieces until evenly coated with the banana mixture. Incorporate the oats by stirring them
in.
4. Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish. Wrap the baking dish in aluminum foil to insulate it.
5. Place the pan on Rack Position 2, choose Air Fry, set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180
degrees Celsius), and set the timer for 16 minutes.
6. The pan should be taken from the oven after 10 minutes. Remove the foil. Return the skillet to the
oven for an additional six minutes of cooking.
7. When the pudding is ready, it should have solidified.
8. Before serving, allow the pudding to cool for five minutes.
